Return Window
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the given address.
Important Notes:

Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the product.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Please note: For any other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your return to complete processing.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is complete.
